How we gather
Festivals
A weekend-long gathering (Friday–Sunday) hosted by a different member association each year, combining Choral Evensong, fellowship, food and often a wider local or cathedral celebration — from the 2000 Millennium Festival at Canterbury to Carlisle's planned 2033 900th-charter-anniversary hosting.
AGM
Historically a single business day each spring, now typically folded into the Peterborough Association's own reunion day each year. Includes Choral Evensong with Peterborough Cathedral Choir and a formal dinner with speeches.

Federation Tours
Occasional multi-day international trips, running since the first tour to Paris and the Île de France in 1996: Belgium & the Rhine (1999), the Loire Châteaux (2001), Portugal (2003), Normandy (2005), a month-long trip to Christchurch, New Zealand (2007), “Gems of Yorkshire” (2008), Ireland (2013) and East Anglia (2015). New hosts and destinations are always welcome.
